Do I need to be present for the inspection?

It is not a requirement that you’re present during the inspection, but I do recommend it if your schedule allows. I’ll provide a detailed report on any and all defects I find, regardless of how big or small. If you’re present to see these defects, it may give you a different perspective than just reviewing the photos provided in the report.

How much will my inspection cost?
